Our agreement

Big Studio is an independent web design studio based in Bali, Indonesia. This page explains the service commitments shown on our website. Your written quote confirms the details for your project before work begins.

Scope and starting prices

Website prices are starting points for the listed scope. Extra pages, custom features and more complex design cost more. We agree on a tailored quote before work begins.

• One-page HTML: one page with up to six sections, responsive design, copy polishing and your finished HTML file.
• WordPress website: up to five responsive pages, WordPress and Elementor setup, a contact form, basic search metadata, administrator access and a handover guide.
• HTML updates: scoped changes to HTML websites designed by Big Studio.

Full copywriting, translation, photography, logo design, shops, payments, bookings and memberships need a separate quote. Ongoing WordPress maintenance, premium licenses, premium domains and third-party subscriptions are separate costs.

Payment

A 50% deposit reserves your project. We confirm payment terms before you pay. After you approve the work and make the remaining payment, we publish and deliver your HTML file or WordPress access.

Schedule and content

Allow approximately 5–10 business days for one-page HTML or 2–4 weeks for WordPress after the deposit, content and brief are ready. Your quote confirms the schedule.

Prepare your logo, contact details, offer, photos and design references. If content or feedback is delayed, we discuss the revised schedule together.

Revisions

New builds include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed brief. Send one clear list per round. New features, additional pages or changes in direction are quoted separately.

14-day free fixes

Reproducible errors caused by our original build and reported within 14 days of launch are corrected free. New content, design changes and other new requests are paid updates.

Your file and access

After approval and the remaining payment, we deliver the finished HTML file or WordPress administrator access. You can keep your HTML file, move it or host it somewhere else. Third-party images, fonts, themes, plugins and services remain subject to their own licenses.

Hosting and domains

Complimentary HTML hosting applies to eligible HTML websites designed and purchased from Big Studio, at big.web.id/yourbrand. There is no recurring hosting fee for that page. We do not offer hosting-only plans.

“Forever” means for as long as Big Studio’s site remains online, without a lifetime availability guarantee. Your HTML file stays yours if hosting ends. Custom-domain hosting needs a separate arrangement and may have recurring costs.

WordPress includes first-year hosting, SSL and a standard .com domain, subject to availability. From year two, renewal covers hosting and domain only. We confirm renewal costs before they are due; rates may change with provider costs. Keep hosting and your domain active by renewing each year.

Changes and cancellation

Before you pay a deposit, your quote confirms cancellation and any refund arrangements for your project. If your plans change, contact us so we can review the work completed and agree on the next steps.

For HTML updates, we confirm a fixed price before touching your page. Each update includes publishing, an updated file and one correction round within scope. New pages, redesigns, integrations and urgent requests need a separate quote.
