Your project enquiry
The project form is embedded through Deftform. The name, contact details and project information you submit are sent through that service so Big Studio can reply, prepare a quote and manage your project.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles the conversation under its own policy, and we receive the phone number and messages you send. We use project correspondence to deliver and support the work and keep business records.
Approximate location and pricing
Where country-based pricing appears, your browser requests approximate IP location from ipapi.co, with ipwhois.app and GeoJS used as fallbacks. Those providers receive your IP address and standard request information. We do not request GPS access or precise device location.
The browser may keep the country result for about ten minutes to avoid repeated lookups. Indonesia selects IDR rates; other countries select USD rates. If the lookup fails, USD is the default on both language versions. Choosing English or Indonesian does not choose your pricing market.
Hosting and external images
Our website hosting provider and content delivery services process ordinary request data, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver pages and assets. Some images load from the Bunny CDN at findme.b-cdn.net; temporary photographs on our inner pages load from Unsplash. These providers receive technical requests when their content is loaded.
Cookies and embedded services
WordPress can use technical cookies for administrator login. Embedded forms and external services may use their own cookies, storage or request logs. Their practices are governed by their own policies; this page does not promise that all website requests are free of tracking.
You can control cookies and third-party requests in your browser. Blocking Deftform may prevent the project form from loading; WhatsApp remains another way to contact us. Blocking IP-location requests leaves the site usable with USD pricing.
Your information and choices
Send only the information needed to discuss your project. Please avoid passwords, payment-card details and other sensitive information in the brief.
Contact us to ask what project information we hold, request a correction, or discuss deletion. We review the request alongside records still needed for the project or business administration.
